free bees, Bee hive looking for new home

Free Bees, nice, tame but busssyyyyy so dont get in the way. Looking for new home. Currently living in parking cone but looking for something more comfortable, tired of urban condo-parking cone life. Want to move to a country estate. Current landlord would like to have the bee pollen or some honey but not necessary to help to move.
